Welcome to my third blog.
In the last blog, I gave you a closer look of the tour „Open Top Vintage Bus“ which I was allowed to do alone in the second week. In the third week I had different shifts. I guided "Open Top Vintage Bus" as well as the "Harry Potter Studio Tour" diversely. In my opinion, the „Harry Potter Studio Tour“ is the easier one because there are problems more unlikely and you can have a bigger impact on the whole situation than on the Routemaster. To briefly describe the tour: There are several departures to the Warner Bros Studios from the Victoria Station throughout the day. The first thing you have to do in the morning is the Check-In for the first departure. Logically I take the first departure to get to the studios. Upon arrival I have to pick up the tickets at the ticket office and combined with a little speech, I distribute them then to the customers. I repeat this process throughout the day and then I take the bus home at 3 pm
