My summer in Cork, Ireland - Marie

My name is Marie and on July 15th I am going to fly from Salzburg, Austria to Cork, Ireland. I’m already excited to get to know the second largest city better within the four weeks of staying there.

Cork is located in the south-west of Ireland and better known as the “culinary capital of Ireland“. Especially the English Market seems to be a great place for delicious food. It’s well known for the “River Lee”, too.

If Cork is only half as good as it looks in the pictures, it’s going to be such a nice month there.
All the buildings seem to be very colourful and small. They almost look like homes of goblins.

Further blog entries will follow in the middle of July.

Yours,
Marie
